- Bio from a 2012 issue of PRAVIC Magazine, San Francisco
Scott “HARLOW” Gallagher is an eclectic multimedia artist and part-time tall person based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Harlow’s lifelong obsession with (and practical study of): illustration, film and television, music production, and storytelling— is accompanied by his occasional ability to say something slightly amusing.
Harlow’s style has been described as “absolutely terrifying,” as well as “ridiculous, but impressive.”
While not quite achieving unanimous acclaim for his work, Harlow’s vision is undoubtedly unique. And, at the very least— significantly less pretentious than Jackson Pollack.
Don’t look at me. Don’t touch me.
Look at me. Touch me.
